The "Custom-Made" service is dedicated to men who wish to personalize Paolo Scafora creations. By opting for this service, in addition to the wide selection of finishes, leathers, colors, soles, and initials, the customer can request stylistic or structural modifications. For example, the addition or exclusion of certain details, such as decorative stitching or other ornamental elements, can be requested. It's also possible to compose the desired item by replacing its shape with that of another Paolo Scafora model. This service does not necessarily require an in-person meeting. However, our Customer Care team is available to assist customers in choosing from the numerous options available.

MADE TO ORDER

In keeping with the principles of Made-to-Order craftsmanship, choosing a Paolo Scafora creation is always a unique experience. Our shoes are expertly sewn and painted by hand. Therefore, no two pairs are alike. Every product featured on our website can be ordered in a virtually unlimited number of variations. Each model can be crafted using a variety of processes and in all of Paolo Scafora's signature shades. Furthermore, customers can choose leather or rubber soles of varying thicknesses and types. Finally, the charming touch of engraving your initials can embellish the leather sole or upper.

BESPOKE

The "Bespoke" service represents the pinnacle of Paolo Scafora's craftsmanship. It is dedicated to men who value uncompromising quality and extreme comfort, as well as those who wish to satisfy their specific ergonomic needs. It is a truly bespoke service. A complex and lengthy process that fully accommodates the most demanding requests for customization, style, and construction. The goal is to create a unique and one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry. For this service, Paolo Scafora personally meets with each client. During the first meeting, the client's foot measurements are taken and the last on which the desired model will be created is chosen. The choice is completed by the material, color, sole, and workmanship, as well as every detail of customization. This is followed by the creation of a custom wooden last, the development of the model, and the production of the "fitting pair," which is then tested during a second meeting. If the need for modifications emerges during this meeting, a second fitting pair is required. All changes are marked on the fitting pair, which is then replaced by a new, final pair. The process concludes with a meeting with the customer, during which Paolo Scafora ensures everything is perfect.
