STEP 1
Stand on a hard, flat surface with your heel against the wall and place a sheet of white paper under your foot.

STEP 2
Using a pen or pencil, mark on the paper the longest points of your foot (from the big toe to the heel), or ask someone to do it for you. Repeat the process with the other foot as well, since the measurements of the right and left foot may differ.

STEP 3
Use a ruler to measure the length you marked for each foot.

THE TEST

The goal of the “Fitting Pair” service is to ensure the shoe fits perfectly, just as if the customer were trying it on in the boutique.

Once the trial pair has been received and tested, and if no modifications are necessary, the customer can contact our Customer Care to proceed with the final purchase.

Otherwise, the customer can request some stylistic or structural modifications, highlighting their specific ergonomic needs. This can be done by contacting our Customer Care team, of course.
